    Through a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to counselling, Dr. Grace specializes in complex trauma, women’s issues, spiritual issues, sexual and religious abuse, first responder trauma, and Long COVID.

    Dr. Grace focuses on lived experience, somatic authenticity, and restorying a woman’s narrative.

  • Child Psychology

    Dr. Grace works with children age three and up providing play therapy, individualized counselling, emotional and mental wellbeing assessments, and parental support.

    With her Long COVID insights, she also works with children and families navigating health challenges and school based accommodations.

  • Nutritional Psychology

    Understanding how food and nourishment is essential to mental wellbeing, cognitive functioning, and wellbeing, Dr. Grace offers insights to address issues with eating disorders and autoimmune issues. She focuses on healthy body image, body acceptance, mindful eating, and Health at Every Size.

    Nutritional psychology is beyond food choices. It is about creating a healthy relationship with food, your body, and nourishment.

  • Integrated and Holistic Approaches

    Dr. Grace utilizes a variety of integrated and holistic approaches to counselling to best meet client needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hakomi, Mindfulness, EMDR, Core Shamanism, emotional rebalancing, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy.

What Psychologists Need to Know about Long COVID and Long COVID Kids is a 4 hour professional development workshop for psychologists and mental health therapists to understand the impact of Long COVID on children and adults and best practices for assessment and counselling. Iyengar Yoga focuses on a traditional style of yoga and breathwork to enhance mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. (In-person classes Monday evenings & Friday mornings; Please inquire about workshops)

Acceptance and Commitment for Long COVID focuses on ACT principles and providing Long COVID survivors with evidence-based best approaches to improve quality of life and manage symptoms (Please inquire about workshops)

Healthy Body Image and Eating Disorder Prevention in Schools is a workshop for parents and teachers focused on evidence-based best practices to help youth feel good in their own skin and use their voices to create positive change. (Please inquire)
