Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Long COVID
Long COVID is a new and relentless post-viral autoimmune disorder that benefits from a holistic approach to management. Having lived experience with Long COVID, Dr. Grace has researched evidence-based and novel approaches to manage symptoms, and understands the importance of feeling supported and reducing isolation.
This is a 6-week virtual group focused on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with somatic practices for self-management, and psycho-education regarding emerging research.

Iyengar Yoga
Dr. Grace has over 25 years of experience practicing Iyengar yoga and is an internationally certified Level I/II teacher. She focuses on the therapeutic and restorative aspects of Iyengar yoga, particularly for addressing trauma, autoimmune, and mental health.
Dr. Grace is dedicated to upholding the excellence and high standards of the Iyengar Yoga tradition.

Healing the Mother Wound
“The single hardest burden for a human being to carry is a lack of nurturance in childhood" (S. C. Hayes).
Healing the Mother Wound is a 6-week virtual group designed to help people of all genders address pain and trauma experienced from their mother, learn about the harm of narcissistic abuse, examine the coping mechanisms they developed to survive, and develop boundaries and self-compassion.
